Diane DeMaio MS, CNS

My name is Diane DeMaio and I am a board certified, independently insured, nutrition specialist. Currently I am practicing in Greenwich, Connecticut. As a member of the American College of Nutrition and the Independent American Association of Clinical Nutritionists, I integrate new research with old techniques to facilitate my patients in improving their overall well-being and health. I attend conferences and seminars in order to stay up to date on the latest research so that I can best meet the changing needs of my clients.

Many of the clients I consult with suffer from a wide variety of clinical conditions including, but not limited to, weight loss, detoxification, Type II Diabetes and skin conditions. I also work with children to address their hyperactivity using nutritional approaches, as well as helping them channel their excess energy through the use of activities and exercise.

In addition, I am certified coach in First-Line Therapy. The primary goal is to help you achieve and maintain a healthy body composition to improve health, manage disease, feel better, and reduce your risk to more serious conditions.

My practice includes the utilization of meditation techniques in order to address the emotional and spiritual needs of my clients.

As a certified practitioner I provide only quality grade professional supplements. These high quality nutritional products can only be obtained through a licensed practitioner.

I provide other specialized services such as:

Meeting clients at the grocery store to educate them by exploring food options and learning how to read food labels,

Helping clients and their families prepare meals in their homes that are nutritionally sound.

Assisting clients in building an environment that will nurture these new techniques so that they can stay on track and live a healthier lifestyle.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
